The development of dedicated materials and coatings for “Animato Hospital Ware” has improved heat resistance and safety in meal service, cleaning, and sterilization processes, allowing for long-term quality maintenance. This technology reduces replacement costs compared to conventional products.
In particular, by increasing the heat resistance temperature to 120°C and applying special coatings, we have achieved performance that can withstand harsh conditions, such as those found in steam convection ovens (up to 120°C). This enables compatibility with various meal delivery systems, including the latest reheating carts and hot air reheating carts.
This product is compatible with both hot air reheating carts and hot-cold meal delivery carts, providing convenience by allowing the same dishes to be used regardless of the serving method. Additionally, it allows reheating from 100°C to 120°C, enhancing the flavor of meals and promoting a more efficient and safer environment.

The Universal Dishware Series is capable of reheating between 100 to 120°C, bringing out the deliciousness of the meal.

We achieved performance capable of withstanding harsh conditions, such as those encountered when using a steam convection oven (up to 120°C), by increasing the heat resistance temperature to 120°C and applying a special coating.

Convenient and economical

It is compatible with both the hot air reheating cart and the warm/cold meal delivery cart, allowing the same dishes to be used regardless of the serving method.
